If you have submitted a complaint to us and you feel that not enough is being done about it, you have the option to file an external complaint. Move2Skool is affiliated with ZZP-er in healthcare. You can submit your complaint there so that we can hopefully find a solution together. The aim is to improve the quality of care and protect the interests of clients and employees. A formal complaint must be completed in writing via the digital complaints form available on the ZZP-er in de Zorg website.
